ARHA's dresses are made to order and take 8-10 weeks from the order date.
If you want to receive your product quickly, order with Express Delivery. Express Delivery takes 3-5 weeks from the order date and
will incur an additional $200 charge.
We offer worldwide express shipping and returns through DHL, UPS, and DPD.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with delivery details once your order has been delivered to the courier.
Orders are processed and shipped on business days, excluding local holidays.
Our courier delivers from Monday to Friday during business hours. Kindly note that delivery to rural addresses can result in longer delivery times. ARHA BRIDAL cannot be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by any circumstances beyond the control of ARHA BRIDAL.
Please note that orders above 2500 USD shipped to the United States require a formal customs clearance. DHL/UPS may contact you to retrieve your federal Tax ID or a social security number in order to complete the delivery to your doorstep.
We do not ship to PO Boxes.
TAXES AND DUTIES
Please note that shipping outside of the EU could incur customs charges imposed by the Customer's national tax/customs authorities.
For Australia, Norway, New Zealand, Singapore, Switzerland, and the UK, duties and taxes are included in the product price and no additional charges will be collected at checkout.
For Albania, Argentina, Brazil, Canada, Egypt, Lebanon, and Mexico, duties and taxes are not included in the product price. You can decide to pay them either upfront at checkout or upon the parcel's arrival in the destination country.
For the United States and other non-EU countries, duties and taxes are not included in the product price and will be collected at checkout on behalf of your national tax/customs authorities.
Returns and Exchanges
Return & Exchange Policy
At Arha Bridal, each dress is made-to-order, custom crafted for each bride in our Seoul Atelier upon placement of the order. As such, all gown and dress sales are final, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable after the order is placed.
Acceptable Returns/Exchanges:
- Returns or exchanges are only accepted if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
- Notify us within 5 days of receiving the shipment by emailing info@arhabridal.com. Include pictures of the damaged or defective parts of the dress.
- To be eligible for a return, all items must be in original condition and with all original tags and packaging intact. We do not accept merchandise that has been worn, used (washed, soiled, has a strong cigarette odor), altered or damaged. Items in a dust bag are considered part of the product and must be returned in the dust bag. To return any item, please use the original packaging included in the shipment.
Return Process:
- After reviewing your pictures, we will provide specific instructions on how to return the item.
- Include a note of explanation in the return box.
- We will inspect and process your return within 30 days of receiving your parcel. (International transactions may take additional time.)
Important Information:
- You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed.
- Allow up to two billing cycles for the return credit to appear on your credit card statement.

Are the wedding dresses ready-made or custom-made?
Our wedding dresses are custom-made. We create each dress to match your body shape and personal style, ensuring a perfect fit and unique expression. Once your order is placed, the production process begins, resulting in a one-of-a-kind dress just for you. Due to the nature of custom production, additional costs and time may be required.
How long does it take to receive the dress after ordering?
The dress takes a minimum of 8 to 10 weeks to be produced and delivered after the order is placed. If you need your dress sooner, you can choose Express Delivery, which takes 3 to 5 weeks and incurs an additional $200 fee. Once shipping begins, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with detailed delivery information. All deliveries are made on business days, Monday through Friday, and delivery to rural areas may take longer.
How do I measure my size?
Please refer to the size guide provided on the product page to measure your size. Following the guide will help ensure you obtain the most accurate measurements.
Can I return or exchange the dress?
Custom-made dresses cannot be returned due to their personalized nature. You can find the return and exchange procedures at the bottom of our website. For further inquiries, please contact our customer service team, who will provide detailed assistance. Please note that shipping costs, taxes, and duties incurred are non-refundable, and this also applies if the delivery is refused.
What payment methods are available?
We accept payments through PayPal. In some countries, including the United States, taxes and duties may be added at checkout. For further payment inquiries, please contact our customer service team.
Can I visit an offline store for dress fitting?
Yes, you can visit one of our ARHA Bridal offline stores for dress fittings and consultations. We have several locations in South Korea, including Seoul, Gwangju, Daegu, Busan, and Suwon, as well as international retailers in the U.S., Hong Kong, and Japan. Please check our Retailers Page for detailed addresses and contact information to book your appointment. Please note that the stores do not carry all styles, so it’s recommended to check when making an appointment.
