Returns and Exchanges

Return & Exchange Policy

At Arha Bridal, each dress is made-to-order, custom crafted for each bride in our Seoul Atelier upon placement of the order. As such, all gown and dress sales are final, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable after the order is placed.

 

Acceptable Returns/Exchanges:

  • Returns or exchanges are only accepted if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
  • Notify us within 5 days of receiving the shipment by emailing info@arhabridal.com. Include pictures of the damaged or defective parts of the dress.
  • To be eligible for a return, all items must be in original condition and with all original tags and packaging intact. We do not accept merchandise that has been worn, used (washed, soiled, has a strong cigarette odor), altered or damaged. Items in a dust bag are considered part of the product and must be returned in the dust bag. To return any item, please use the original packaging included in the shipment.

 

Return Process:

  1. After reviewing your pictures, we will provide specific instructions on how to return the item.
  2. Include a note of explanation in the return box.
  3. We will inspect and process your return within 30 days of receiving your parcel. (International transactions may take additional time.)

 

Important Information:

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed.
  • Allow up to two billing cycles for the return credit to appear on your credit card statement.
