All items purchased from arhabridal.com can be returned within 14 days of delivery from the country the item was shipped from. To be eligible for a return, all items must be in original condition and with all original tags and packaging intact. We do not accept merchandise that has been worn, used (washed, soiled, has a strong cigarette odor), altered or damaged. Items in a dust bag are considered part of the product and must be returned in the dust bag. To return any item, please use the original packaging included in the shipment.
If you return by mail following the instructions below, a prepaid shipping label fee of $12.50 will be deducted from your refund. If you choose not to use a prepaid label, you may pay return shipping via the carrier of your choice. You can also return your item to any store in the U.S. within 7 days of receiving it. Returns or exchanges must be made in the country of original purchase.
